#131 Installation of the CH Quick Mount Sychro Spark ignition on Zenoah G45 through Z445
1. Remove spring starter, magneto coil, and prop hub.
2. To remove the flywheel, take off the nut, reinstall the hub snuggly, then screw in the long propeller bolt until the flywheel
pops off. Save the hub and attaching parts.
3. Install the new lightweight flywheel. Use Locktite  on the retaining nut and tighten. Bolt the prop hub back on, again using
     Locktite.
Bolt on the timing bracket where the magneto coil was. The bracket mounts with the wide part up on the G45/62 and to
the left on on the Z445.

#150 Zenoah G20 and G26 System
The CH Ignitions CDI conversion for the Zenoah G20/26 is easy to install. If you feel you can't do it contact us.
1. G20 - Remove the two bolts holding the Zenoah sensor. Save the bolts.
G26 - The Zenoah sensor is mounted on the motor mount plate on the rear of the engine. Remove the two bolts amd the
sensor. You will need to file the top of the motor mount plate so that where the new sensor mounts is flat across the width
     of the engine.
Loosely mount the new aluminum pulse switch bracket with the two bolts. Check that the clearance is .010 - .035
between the sensor and the magnet.
Set the timing at 30 degrees BTDC using the instructions for the Synchro-Spark Ignition.
The bracket moves from side to side to set the timing. Tighten the bolts holding the bracket.

# 134 Zenoah  G26 w/magneto
The CH Ignitions CDI conversion on the G26/mag is easy to install and requires no machining.
1. Remove the flywheel and rear mag coil. Install the two piece mounting bracket where the mag coil was mounted.
Use locktite on these mounting bolts (Not on the timing adjustment bolts). Reinstall the flywheel and locktite the nut as
it can be used for a heli starter. Install the sesor and adjust gap to .015" - .020".
2. Connect the ignition module. The RBW lead goes to the sensor, the RB lead goes to the switch and battery. The heavy
red wire with the bullet connector goes to the (front) spark coil.
